How to update an option file?

right ive got an option file with team names and most kits etc sorted, but as new add ons keep being sorted and created is there any way to just update my existing option file? for example, i dont have all the correct spanish teams on this file so if i wanted them from another option file is there any way i can add them to my existing one so i wont loose my progress in become a legend and masterleauges?

any help would be great thanks.

If this is PC then you can simply copy your master league, legend etc saves into your newly updated option file folder.

For example master league saves are called something like PES2009_ML1 and legend saves are PES2009_BL01 etc.

Just make sure you keep those files from your original save folder and copy them into the new one.

If it's PS3 then I'm not sure what you'll need to do.

oh cool thanks alot, will i be able to keep kits i have tinkerered to make them better or will those be lost?
