How to update players and team names/kits?

I just picked up PES for Wii because FIFA 10 for Wii, well, sucked. The game play was great, but everything about the manager mode sucked monkey balls. I knew some teams were not fully licensed, but didn't realize that I wouldn't recognize anyone. For example, I started playing with AC Milan, and all the player names are bogus.

Has someone taken the time to edit most/all the teams with the proper names and players? If so, is there a file download available?

If you started ML with defautl ML players, there are fake, because Milan have the real player on the game.
