what kitserver u use? i use kitserver v7 and it work very well. it just simply copy-paste ur kits folder to KONAMI>Pro Evolution Soccer 2008
>kitserver>GDB>uni>and create new folder to specify (like: National for national team kits and etc). and edit the map.txt, preview the map.txt is just like this:

# Kit map
########################

21, "National\Russia"
69, "EPL\Chelsea"
73, "EPL\Liverpool"
etc

and dont forget to run the setup.exe first!!
