Solution: U all still want to make options file right? I tell you what change EPL to PELor LEP whatever and Liverpool to Livrpool or maybe Iverpool or Poolliver. Three stripes Adidas to two stripes and logo to opposites way. Carlsberg to Carlbherg.

Its a stupid suggestion really, because what you are suggesting is pretty much what pro evo is to begin with!

In my eyes Hitman is doing nothing wrong, for one there is a disclaimer on the site saying anything posted by members is not Pesgaming or his responsibilty, nowhere on the site has Hitman sed that these files are made to incorperate any Premier League licenses, and lastly the files are not hosted on this site they are hosted on third party servers, so if anything it is those sites to blame!
My legal opinion- Premier league dont have a leg to stand on, they will not take Peter to court for this!

I think everyone on the website is of the opinion that Pesgaming.com is doing nothing wrong, but no-one has any legal knowledge in relation to this.

What is wrong with posting EPL OF's?? Legally, anyone can edit PES. It's not like if you edit it by yourself the FA are going to confiscate your consloe. It's like you loaning an OF to a friend; except that you don't know these friends. It's legally sound. First some cheap company order Youtube to remove videos and now we can't play PES with proper EPL content. You know what I say ... FUCK YOU!!!
Who runs the FA, a monkey?? He chooses crap England managers and then tries to shut down the marketing division by saying that he doesn't want PES users enjoying themselves by using EPL teams like Arsenal, ManUre, Looserspool, and Chelski and he wants us to "pretend" that North London FC, Man Red, Merseyide Red, and London FC exist!! Who do you think we are??? Babies??!!

One solution may be adding the OF editors to MSN and sending the file that wat...what the FA won't see, they won't know!

EA Sports can afford all licenses where as konami probably only have budget for 2 teams!

Oi Damojag, that was my idea :)

The FA can't tap into our MSN chats, so do it that way imo.

To me it sounds like we are replicating the EPL and the FA are pissed cause they aren't getting royalties. As if they don't have money to wipe their arse with!
