I cant use any OF!!

I cant use any OF in Complete Files section, is that because my PS3 version is JAPAN?
if so.. which OF I should use & where I can find it.. plz help me with this
or there is anyway to convert any OF to make it work on J version ??

have u downloaded and option file and put it on your usb

yes and copy them, to my PS3.. but when I start the game, its like i've done nothing

im not really good at explaining but i think u need to make ps3 and SAVED DATA sperate files then copy them i think
if your using von option file like me then read instructions see if that helps
