WE = Winning Eleven (the asian version of PES), and WE came out before PES, so PES is an update & translated version of WE, i think...
De Stehano = De Ste?ano (all i know is the ? pronounces like: f, v or ph)
yes, he is an old player...a classic unlocked player from the pes shop
