I can’t suggest to you who the best players are in a list. But this is what I would recommend:
1) when searching for players – search the new players (aged 15) who have just become footballers. Check their ratings, especially their star ratings.
2) If they have many star abilities, then chances are they will develop into major players when they grow up.
3) Search unknown teams and countries for talent, rather than just trying to use the established premiership stars. By nurturing talent this way, you will
be using players that are unknown to your opponents, and if they develop well, then they can be your own secret weapons.
You could also check out our pesgaming.com forums – there are plenty of “best young player” threads that will have names of players that you may find useful.
But personally I use the strategy outlined above.
I hope that helps you.
CheersEither buy new players that have yet to develop skills, and over the course of the next 5 to 8 seasons turn them into star players.
Or if that is too much hard work for you, then I suggest just purchasing ready made players.
If you win all the cups available in the game (check out all the cup competitions) you will unlock a lot of players.
Including classic players from Brazil , Argentina , England etc. this will give you a bigger pool of players to choose from
