I need help PC pes 2009 takes long long time to load

I have install PC PES 2009 several times and it takes long long times to load. I uninstall and re-install still the same problem , it takes plenty of time to load and I cannot play. I used a cracked version. Before I did install and it play very well, now after formatting my hard drive cannot play. Long time loading with no play at all. Please help? Thanks.

The game usually loads for an extended time whenever I first boot it up and start a game.

Once that's over with, it runs pretty good.

I had a similar issue in my latest reinstall, but I realized that my motherboard had outdated drivers.
