I really confuse

I have pc version pes 2008, but I don't know how to find option files in the forum, because so many kits and so many in the forum, which one is my need? Is this just copy and paste ? thanks for someone supporting and teach me more, thanks and thanks a lot !
Use the superpatch found in website evo-web . I had patched the EPL kits so far and they look great .
Very simple jusy download and and follow the instructions :-
PROEVOLUTI SUPERPATCH 0.5 FOR PES 2008
- Updated names, transfers and line ups
- Created Stuttgart and Werder Bremen
- Created all Premier League teams kits
- Created Stuttgart and Werder Bremen kits
- Updated kits for: Genoa, Empoli and Lazio
- Updated badges for Premier League teams

If you have old patches installed on your PES 2008, it is better to install it again before the installation of the Superpatch.
You need Afs Explorer to install the Superpatch.
Open the utility, and open the file cv_0.img under PES 2008\img directory. Click no to the question. Now go to action -> import folder and choose to import the directory cv_0 from this archive (unzip it wherever you want). Reply yes to the question about the rebuilding and then choose the name of the new file, don't overwrite the old cv_0.img! Wait few minutes while the tool imports the new files. Now rename the file you have just created to cv_0.img and put it in PES2008\img directory, overwriting the old one (make a backup copy of all your files if you wish..)
Now finally let's install the option file. Copy the file from save directory of this archive and paste it to My Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2008\save directory.
