I really don't believe Konami this time about blaming EA for the lack of stadiums.
I mean, sure, EA had something to do with it, but not at that extent.
While looking at the stadiums in PES 14, all of them are new, redone, so I just think they had no time to do them all, and they had to put the blame in something. What I think is true, is that they have done the Camp Nou and Bernabeu, and EA took those, but not the 20 Spanish stadiums and the other ones we had in the game before (including the generic ones), because FIFA doesn't even have those stadiums either.
They just didn't have the time to complete the game.
That's the only reason why they are releasing DLC with the missing faces and more stadiums... if EA got them licensed Konami won't be able to use them in the future either.
They just didn't finish the game.

My thoughts...

Given the aggressiveness of licensing in videogames, I'm sure the real word stadiums were barred. What rankles with me is that Konami surely could have included rebuilds of Rose Park etc.

I'm pretty sure FIFA bought the license to all LA Liga stadiums, but chose to include two. This just proves how much money EA have for licenses unfortunately. Hopefully Konami will add some more stadiums (licensed/unlicensed) in future DLC's ;)
