what makes pro different and better from fifa is the edit mode, but this has been lacking depth, i mean serious much needed depth! Everything needs to be editable and be able to customise everything such as:
1) Edit mode - editing and making your own boots like in pro 5, that was good! Also add loads more preloaded shapes and to use in creating logos. Allow images on shorts and socks and possibly download shape and image packs for free from xbox live and PS3 marketplace's
2) Stadium Creater - If editing is a real selling point of PES this needs to be involved, i think a similar one to LMA but change more things like each stand style, the pitch size and patten, thinkness of the white lines, types of goal nets (colour and length), seat capacity (affects atmosphere), dugout style and size of technical area, advertising hording style and choice of sponsors, music when goal is scored and corner flag design.
3) Crowd - A realistic crowd and sense of atmosphere, by clearer chants or chants that relate to the score and rivalry (Eve vs Liv). Have people talking, some shouting, some sitting, some staning, some dancing. Crowd wear bigger coats in winter and night matches, t-shirts and some topless in summer. Unique crowd actions, Liverpool fans in champions league hold up scafs and pass round giant shirt, actions when chanting such as "clap x3 UNITED". Bring back team flags and dominant colours. Introduce classic chants and mexican waves (commentater picks up on)
4) Camara - a better camra angle, one which does not run up level with the goal but like we see on tv and an option for stadiums to have individual ones.
5) On screen graphics - the score and time placed in a graphic at the top left of the screen like on tv (suggest the shape of the konami logo), It makes such a difference and differing graphics for internationals, cups, leages and derbys. Also use team names instead of logo, or the option to choose
6) improve commentry - my ideas mentioned on another page
7) Weather condions - bring back snow, rain has a bigger impact eg players that turn quickly slip over and slide tackes go far and does the ball.
8) entrance scene - this needs to be totally new, suh as players in the tunnel and exchanging plesentries at kick off in finals and internationals. also perhaps fans entering the stadium and give scenes of the stadium prior to kick off. Maybe show the commentaters. During the scene it shows the team sheet, but then should show the formation and identify key player to watch out for.
9) Dead balls - after the ball goes dead maybe show a close up of a player and show personal highlights and stats. Or when its a corner, somtimes show a stat of total corners.
10) Medic - pitch doctor comes on not stretcher, if its not an injury, magic spray and carry on, if its more serious escort them pitch side and see them treat the player, (if play has stopped players take on water and talk). Player comes back with a bandage or escorted down the tunnel and commentater mentions this then reports on the injury, eg "he twisted his ankle and will be out for 6 weeks"
11) Manager - A mode that allows to choose the apperance of the manager or make your own. In adition to this each manager possesses only 1 of say 10 abilities, eg Wenger - player development bonus, Ferguson - players can adapt to new positions
