idiot question about transfers

All I've been able to find is transfer guides for PES and WE7 jap. Im in the US and have WE7i and i cant figure out for the life of me how to transfer players. I have the option unlocked. I also have a patched verison thats up to date but i wanna do some of the changes that are happening now (smith to Man u, so forth) any help?

hey try going to this site. Its the whole translation guide from jap to english and at the bottom it teaches u how to transfer. Hope it helps!
