I haven't bought PES since 2013 so I'm very out of date with option files so maybe someone can help this idiot.

1. I'm on the Xbox 360 console so where do I go to get an option file for that console?

2. Is there a post somewhere explaining (in idiot terms) how to import the option file. From memory it was a rather fiddly process which had to be done in an exact order - or has it changed for PES 2016?
