Because you've changed your browser's font settings, returned back to 100% scaling or refreshed the page as it hadn't loaded correctly due to a connection problem.

Well it seems the bold thing happens only in the "PES 2010 Discussions" section. The problem is your own as opposed to being a problem the site has as this issue isn't experienced by everyone. Otherwise yes, this might very well have been the correct place.

Nothing aside from the three potentials I mentioned in my earlier post in this thread - zooming in slightly, browser fonts and a page not loading correctly can all cause the issue but it wouldn't be regular and in the case of the fonts, wouldn't be on the one page only.
