Not enough is said about the dismal commentary in PES3.

Does anyone remember the commentary on ISS Pro on the PS1? Now that was commentary!

So my my suggestion to Konami would be: Make the commentary rubbish if you want, but at leat make it funny ala ISS Pro.

With such phrases as:

"I'm glad I got out of bed today!"
"He was BORN to score!"
"He's got a head of steel!"
"SCORCHIO!"
"My grandmother could've saved that one!"

I thought the N64 pairing were the best. But I dug them up a few months ago and was appaled! The gameplay's rubish now!

Remember Gubba's "Surely that had to be a penalty!" For fouls ANYWHERE on the pitch!? And when you scored and OG from a free-kick they got a corner!

Oh, and I don't think it's rubbish, even today. I still play the game regularly. Sure, it isn't a patch on PES3, but it's still much better than any of this FIFA rubbish we get these days.

The ISS game on the N64 was too arcade, for me.

I prefered ISS Deluxe on the SNES, personally.
