If you don't know if you have enough space for the game then you clearly should not be installing it. You need to keep plenty of space on your hard disk for it to function properly. Some say that 30% should be kept empty all the time.

My PES4 (patched) takes up 954MB.

I disagree. 2Gb free hard drive space is more than enough for any system to run smoothly. What you are saying is that I would require 60Gb free space on one of my 200Gb hard drives for the system/game to function properly, which is definitely not true. 2Gb for your swapfile is more than enough.

He doesn't mean just for the game, he means for normal windows operation...30% varies with drive size, and considering the size of today's drives, isn't really necessary. No more than 4 gigabytes or so is necessary for proper function.
