Hi there. How is it tha you can insert new stadiums into the PC version?

I downloaded a White Hart Lane stadium and also downloaded Stadium Server. Stadium Server only lets you switch the stadiums that are listed with the download of the program and I'm unable to even switch them in, just nothing happens. I also have the PESEdit 2010 patch enabled in case that was maybe a reason?
