Importing 2012 data after installing the DLC

Hello there,

I played PES 2013 for one day after importing my 2012 option file data and it worked perfectly.

Now, I installed the DLC which worked fine for a couple of hours. However when I go into edit mode, there's certain teams/players that cause the game to freeze. This also happens when I want to start a game where these players are involved.

Is there any way to solve this or are my PES 2012 stats & faces gone for good?
