Importing Kits doubt

Hello, i have a question about how to import kits, i have my PES4 patched with Wolfs 2005 patch and i read somewhere in the readme that the kitserver/kitassistant was no longer needed to import new kits with this patch, and i have downloaded a new kit from a website that say that all kits are now converted into .bin files, so my question is, i have to use kitserver to import the .bmp kit into the game or i have to do it the old fashioned way using AFSexplorer and import it like pes3 directly into the afs?
Thanks for clearing my doubts in advance.
Also i have another annoying problem, i dont know why the game never remembers that i use a logitech joystic and i always have to go to option, button config, and change it as when i always run the game the keybord is set.

I've got the same problem how to convert from .bin to .bmp file ??
