First of all I think you should be able to make an avatar for yourself. Anyone ever play the Pro manager game on ps2? You could make your own manager. Why not in this game? You could use the quailty edit mode to make your own manager! Would be nice if when you scored an important goal, your players ran over to celebrate with the manager, or say the ref makes a bad decsion camera pans to you going mental.

Secondly pre/post match reports, comment on the game, important goals, yellow and red cards. the ref everything. This would inturn effect your players

third . . . . . half time, losing? get the hairdryer out, encourage your team, ask for more. your typical Football manager sort of thing.

THE RUNNING OF THE CLUB . . . . . i think in 2010 they got it spot on just one thing that drives me INSANE! im seething just thinking about it.

. . . . . transfers, you send a scout to sign a player, your spending 5million on a scout, and after 2 weeks he goes "yep cant sign him" why????? im number one in the world, theres dennis bergkamp, im arsenal he's at a club ranked 50th why doesnt he want to come? ive played 3 seasons my bank is full ive got £350million, why cant i just bid what i want? whats the point, and its not just this player, in three seasons ive signed 2 players. Ive sold 12 to make room for my own team, and in 3 seasons ive got 2 PLAYERS!!!!! and i bid constantly everytime my scout comes back and says NO, i send him again NO . . . . .

also in my 3 years of master league playing as arsenal, im yet to win a penatly, yep 3 seasons NO PENALTIES, wtf is going on? the ref is a hell of a lot better than before, but it seems that the ref never, ever, ever, ever give me penalties. and WHATS WITH THE CAMERA when you do win a penalty? its still at the side? huh? how am i going to save this? im not

THAT IS ALL im tired and wanting to play COD

No i have FM2010, and although i like it i get bored as i cant play the games myself. Pro is the best football game around and i dont see why they'd put so much detail into running the club but not put in the ability to bid yourself like in the old games, its beyond me why they have taken it out almost altogether other than when your scout actually manages to get in touch with a player.

Also id like to Add, that with the youth team, its a great idea and love it, ive got two awsome players from this, but there should be a youth league running alongside your main team, so you can see how these young players rate alongside other teams youth teams
