Inserting new kits onto game

i have the new celtic kits and i want to update them , can i insert them into the game i already have patched ?

please explain what programs i would need and how to do this

You need PES Graphic Studio. Read through the tutorials on http://pes4.edgegaming.com for more information on creating and inserting kits as well as creating the right transparencies.
