Sometimes when the goalkeeper catch the ball, he "jump into the goal" but a invisible wall stop him just in the line. this "invisible wall" still on WE 10?

playing against man u van der sar jumped to catch the ball he was heading out of the area and he dropped the ball before he went out.Now keep in mind that the gk are shit on this game he could have simply just fumbled the ball but it looked good anyway.

i played one netherlands vs brazil and wwhen adriano tried to score with a powerful header van der sar blocked it,made 2 backwards steps and when was to cross the line he left the ball down to the pitch..then ronaldo took the chance and scored.

Sounds great, that "wall" annoyed the shit out of me.

Captian and Rafa, do you really have to go off topic all the time?

I haven't noticed it.

Btw, anyone remember the cheats on the old Mega Drive FIFA games? You could have an invisible wall all around the pitch, so the ball would never go out of play. That was pretty cool. The super curl cheat was a good one, too.

I was Netherlands against Spain, Van Der Sar blocked a shot, the ball went high up then the goalie got himself together and jumped and got the ball. It was impossible for him to stay on the pitch as he was jumping straight at the ad boards but somehow ho bounced back the line and stayed in. That's the only time i was an instance of an invisible wall.

Other than that I saw keepers diving to get loose balls to avoid corners, ending up out of the pitch and the ref awarding a corner many times.

So, "the wall" is gone and "the wall" is not so gone.. I dunno...

Sao Paulo vs Banfica, my keeper Rogerio Ceni, kicked a 27 m free kick and the benfica keeper caught it. fell onto the ground and went inside the net. goal for Rogerio ceni

well my goalie caught the ball in the air just inside the box and was going to outside the box but he dropped it right away to avoid getting penalized for using his hands outside the box. That's realism to the actual game.

This was one of the cooler things with FIFA games on the PC (like FIFA 99 and such, WC 98 aswell I think).

It really makes things interesting, you can take shots from everywhere and the ball is still in play, which means that you can use the walls for a completely new depth of strategy. It would defo be cool is Konami added this feature as a little bonus thingy. Would be killer to play with that against mates. Talk about action matches.
