Is online performance degrading?

I have the feeling that the online experience is getting worse and worse. When I once had a lag-free enjoyable match I get a slow sluggish one where my players seem to be so much less responsive and sometimes they are very obviously making these lag-dependent physics faults which was not when everything goes fine. It gets worse and worse I have the feeling. In the beginning when everything went fine and you selected your backwards running last defender for a critical 1on1 situation he never stopped. And high through balls were mostly easily picked or cleared or at least taken with the feet a millisecond before the opponent could get it. Now all this doesn't happen anymore and the lag is forcing to mistakes because it's always quite hard to put this delay in your calculation of movement, now that each player turns like a lil' Messi. I don't know... I'm really sad to be done with the gameplay so quickly. It's just no big fun anymore. Looks like it's the first year for decades that I won't play a PES through all the year. It makes me really sad...

I'm a PS3 player and actually get a slow connection match 1 out of 20 games, so I can't complain.

You are absolutely right mate. I am talking about MLO though. It's very laggy this year. Unbelievable. I have no control over my players or whatsoever. It's like a different game online. Seriously:no:

You talk about year to year. I talk about the release week and now of 2012... I play MLO only too and it got unbearable. I'm really happy that the price for the game doesn't hurt me. But I tell ya: next year it's gonna be pirated.
