Is there a way to transfer official Konami updates by USB to PS3?

Hi, obviously I'm talking about the patches and data packs.

I'm asking because my PS3 can't go online, seeing as the only internet connection I have at the moment is via a dongle. The only other thread I've seen that asked the same question didn't get an answer because the guy had apparently used jailbreak. I didn't even know what that was until I searched for it a few minutes ago!

Anyway, I heard that people have found a way of doing it for the 360, so could anyone help me here please? :unsure:

I am pretty sure you can't dude. I bring my ps3 to a mate's to download the packs

It's a shame if you're right, but thanks, that's a really good idea. I'll have to bring my PS3 to a mate's in future then.

Is there anyone who have done this?? I can't go online with my ps3 but I wanna have the DLC's..But I'm afraid that **** everything up
