Issue in online matchmaking

I'm having a strange problem finding online matches.
Short story, my brother buys Pes2020. I create team (myclub) on his ps4 on my account. No problems. decide to buy Pes myself to play in my ps4. Game works fine, internet is fine (can easily find online matches in other games), but online matchmaking in pes does not work, Endless loading and checking connection. Have tried many different modes (3v3, online cup in what's on, 1v1 ranked), nothing works.
Anyone having the same issue? If I play in my brothers ps4 it works fine.

I've also had problems, so frustrating can only find 1 bar connection and feels like my players are stuck and wont react please if anyone knows how to solves these issues what is going on surely there's an answer to this I can't win win because of it

Im guessing its issue with the computer. Other accounts have been tried and cant find online matches. In other ps4 consoles it works fine. Have tried everything, using wifi instead og lan, deleting the game and re install, different port on router. Im serously pissed at this. Its only Pes that is having this problem. I can easily load myclub and find teammates in co op, but no rivals.
