January Transfer Window Data Update

Haven't been on in a while but read that they were doing a data update for the January transfer window, to be realesed at the end of Febuary, like the one they realesed at the start of the season. I downloaded the 1st data update ages ago and I'm on marketplace now but the January update isn't their and niether is the 1st one i downloaded.

Has the January one been realesed yet?
If yes how do you get it...
If no any info on it?

I think that you have to download again the first update from the marketplace and overwrite the existing one... Konami put online the update and overwrite the old one, but didnt change the name!
