I am a great fan of the Winning Eleven series mainly becuase the commentaters get so exited and say some funny things like Yello Cardo and soemthign that sounds like johnny miller and when i get the latest PES game. The comentaters sound so dull.

Is there a patch that has the jap commentaters instead of the English commentaters

You can play the original WE7 with Japanese commentary.
Patched WE7 is also in Japanese.

You can rip the Japanese language when making your CD-rip of your WE7:IJ DVD.
Then you'd have to use Jap-specific patches on it.
