i think he should be much better than what the stats shows on the game. according to some sources, he is one of the best young prospects in spain, along with the new gunner Reyes.

at least he should not be that slow, agree? also, he is much more skillful in real. i know he missed a penalty in the wc02, but you cant just judge on one incident.

Those are actually pretty good, very similar to what I improved them to, with a few exceptions.

I put his Weaker Foot Accuracy to 7, as he's very able with his left as well as his right.

Also, I've put his Technique quite low, around the 68 mark. Anyone remember that goal against Barcelona? He beat the whole team, with good turns and changes of pace (high Dribbling and Acceleration stats), and drove home a good finish (Shot Power, decent Shot Accuracy), but at no point was it tidy, and you always felt he was going to lose the ball thanks to a poor touch.

Just my opinion, maybe someone who watches him more regularly (Spanish people except Ashley), could clarify whether his first touch/ball control is bad, or if this was simply deceiving?

Lol, yeh up 2 u if u wna increase/decrease his stats. Im jst here 2 help my fellow pes3 ppl. But i think those stats r quite gud.

He's much sturdier a player than you're giving him credit for, bump up his balance to at least 85. He's a lot like Figo but with more pace and not as good a shot (when Figo scores it's often from curving inside-foot shots, chips, toe-pokes, etc., Joaquin should have much lower shot tech). Joaquin has good technique of course, but he's far from being as elegant as Figo or Pires, the two players he seems to model his game after. He has more sheer pace and strength on the ball.

Hi, I am from Spain and I know Joaquin very well since he started play high competition. Sorry for my very bad english.
I think that stats from hbk are goods but with changes. He is slower in free kick and curve. He doesnt shot free kicks in Betis, also he is very inconsistency, maybe consistency 3 and his stamina not more than 70
On the other way he is probably one of the best dribbler on the world. He seems brazilian, so dribbler accuracy 95 and he is much better in head shots, over 80. Also I think that acceleration and response are over 90 and shot power and technique over 80. His technique is well in 86 and his left leg not more than 6.

I think that Joaquin is a real good player but he is a little bit inconsistant in his game. He plays one good game and then he disapears the next three games. So I put him a low calification in playing a lot of games. About he's technique it's so good and his accelaration is spectacular but he uses to dribble to the right and a good defensor and a little bit clever will finish with his play. If you want to know a real good player remember this name: VICENTE form Valencia C.F. he's a real good player. He may be one of the revelantions of the European Cup. Sure!!!

:mad: it looks like if the developers of the game have never seen Valencia playing a seriuos match and it annoys me. i think that that valencia has one of the best defense in the whole world (ayala marchena pellegrino carboni...) and have u seen albelda's stats???? it's just pathetic he has 2 b much better hasn't he?
i think valencia will b the winner in the UEFA and also that its the best organised team in the world(unless in europe :p ) hehe
