Hi
I can understand the option files but the patch that everyone talks about is the above one what is it? the size and how to install this. What format does it support as i have a PS2? Its sounds like the one to have at present have a few option files pes v2 and Scorpios option file any help on this would love to find out a bit more will trawl through boards to see if i can get my head around it :)

A patch is a so called .ppf file that is applied to the game using a PC. To put it roughly you need to do the following to be able to play a patched copy of PES.

1. Get your PS2 modded in some way so that it can play back-ups (copies). Either a chip or a slide-card etc.

2. Make an image called an ISO from your original PES4.

3. Patch this image using ppf-o-matic

4. Burn a new DVD of the patched image.
