the shop must be a small retailer that isnt a company like Game, which would get their nuts chewed if they were found guilty of selling it early

i got it on friday night for xbox 360, italian version, downloaded from sumwea m sure all those who hv modded xboxs knw abt, n i gotta say its d best pro evo ever, EXCEPT deas a weird ovally brightness problem, lyk d middle of d screen is nice n bright, but deas a strange outline of dullness in an oval shape which is very distracting especially wen d camera moves lyk wen u clear d ball, i cant explain it, maybe some1 else wid d italian version can explain better or post pics, but its very disappointing, btw m playin on a 24inch benq monitor, thru vga at 1920x1080, iv tried reducing d resoultion, tinkerin around wid ingame video settings, d monitor settings, just about everything, its stil there and very distinct, very very disappointing also i play with liverpool, n d crowds r so pissing off, wit that "liverpool liverpool liverpool" chant, its so annoyin! atlst dey do react to gameplay, lyk if im playin at home, n i score dey cheer wildly, but if d oda teams score its dead silent! lol...anoda thing which i hate is d constant thuddin, wen u make a pass, a shot, a cross, or even receive a pass, theres this thud! i knw its there in real life but cumon, it doesnt always sound the same! a pass 2 a player 5 feet away shouldnt sound lyk a powerful shot from 20yards out! but trust me guys, its d best pro evo eva! n since its all in italian, i cant really dwelve in2 d masterleague, or play around wit d card system, i tried wit d slider system, n its defiinitely responsive, as in it actually works..theres still a glimmer of hope dat deyl fix the brightness thing, cz where i downloaded it from theres a debate as to whether its a promo copy, or d final version, i hope its not d final version, n d final ENGLISH copy which is yet to be leaked doesnt have the problem (really its a terrible problem, spoils the game in my opinion)...fingers crossed

i know the teams are useably in ML but i want to know if the players who still look like agent 47 are available

ok, if you can try this it would be great.
start a master league, go to transfers and look for teams A, B, C and so on, then try to buy one of the blank un edited players.
no rush mate as i wont get my copy till friday but i would really like to know the answer to this.
