just got we8..a couple of quick questions

just got [ps2] we8international..a couple of quick questions

1)sometimes it goes into slow motion when action starts to get heavy around the goal..should it do this? can I turn that off? it's such a pain in the arse

2)my favourite club team, river plate, is finally on and I went though changing all the names..how can I change the uniform to make it look like theirs? (you know it looks like the peruvian national team one) it's just not the same playing with a different jersey

3)seems they got lazy with some of the players appearances and stats (especially on new clubs like river)..some don't even resemble the real players looks or abilities (mascherano & heinze come to mind)..is there any database MFLS-Brasil style on we8 yet?

besides that the game is really cool..the AI is much better
I'm amassing WEN to buy the classics as per usual

thanks for the enthusiastic responses..it's nice to see you're aware that not everyone views the forum regularly and is privy to the seemingly obvious information needed to answer simple questions not unlike mine!..that's sort of the point of a messageboard innit

in all seriousness though, I read a good deal on this and other forums about the infamous slowdown and apparently it happens on all platforms and all camera angles on both originals and copies..not cool
dyou guys think it might be a good idea to return the game and wait for liveware evolution? might it fix the problem??
WE8LE is japan only right? which might make it more expensive but if it fixes uniforms, players, and the slowdown I think it'll be totally worth it (+japanese commentary <3)

1, turn off the commentary and crowd...if you are in Exhibition match

2,go to edit then edit team, and select 'strip'

3,i dont know about that, try to search the forum

1. yea...you just kinda have to deal with that...can't wait til there's a ps3 or xbox2 there will never be slowdown again.

2. go to edit mode, edit team, then edit jersey...you pick the jersey style you want, then you can go down and edit what the logo looks like and where to place the badge etc. etc.

3. www.winning-eleven.com, has got it all down pretty good, but no ratings appearances, just names, Cray is right, search this forum...for example..."Heinze updated stats"
