That the match making issue is being taken care of and a update for it is being done & should be out very soon.

Those who haven't got their players that ordered them. Contact your PSN Region & they will have it sort out for you.

Also they will be taking care of the reports of people cheating & have them ban. Which is great news for all honest players.

Maybe if I get passed back and forth between Sony and Konami enough times then I might build up enough momentum to be transported into an alternate universe where I've already received my Day 1 bonus content.

just got off the phone to sony support and they are very helpful , they're aware of the issue and the latest they have from konami is they are still resolving the matter but she asured me to sit tight and check my email as i will be contacted directly as and when i can exspect my items . and she said it could be a case like gta5 where they send all the people who contacted sony and prove they had the code what was used then a new code could be sent to your email that is a solution so anyone whos waiting i would say ring them so your account is been confirmed that you contacted them.
