Kit making tutorial

Does anyone know the whereabouts of a good kit making tutorial?

The only decent looking one I could find was for download on Proevoline.com but that was in Italian so that I couldn't understand it

Is there one out there, or could someone translate the Italian one please?

I can't use babbel fish - it is a PDF file and when I copy text from it it comes out as a weird code :O

Can't you just delete that bit of the post though so no more spam bots get it than possibley have already?

normally i wouldn't mind but i get around 100 a day, so it's no joke :-/
