where can i finf kits 084 till 103 for kits server?

On the the Boomtown site (not sure exactly what it is look on google) there is a kitserver pack you can download and it has all the kits already in it for every team - its about 50MB.

when i´ve copied kits and renamed them as texpa.bmp (just example) in kitserver i can´t see them in the game? any ideas?
