Just for the record I searched the forums before posting.

I moved the entire kitserver file into my WE9 file like the manual said to but when I click the setup.exe app. I am not able to select my WE9.exe as the exicutable. I'm only able to close and minimize the setup window. I also have a no-cd fix as my WE9.exe could that be the problem?

also when im in the setup.exe it just says "information unavailable" under where im supposed to select my game executable

maybe u had a previous kitserver version that u didn't uninstalled properly...
also try to do a shortcut for ur EXE and maybe the setup will find it.
