Played at 16 for quite a while, looked great but had problems passing and scoring, so I switched back to 0. I realized that it was due to the game not automatically changing the directional inputs to adjust to the change in the camera angle (because it's only a hack and not a 'proper' camera type).
Here's an example: When you're playing with the setting at the default 0, you need to push the stick UP or DOWN (depending on which side of the box you are) to cross a ball into the box. But when you switch to, say, a 25 or some value, you will be pushing the stick LEFT or RIGHT to cross but the game expects an UP or DOWN since it doesn't know you're playing with a hacked camera angle.
This effect is more noticeable in one-touch passing and gets worse with higher values for the tilt values for the camera.
