It clearly states everywhere you look that the minimum requirements to run PES2009 on PC include ATI Radeon 9700 with Pixel Shader 2.0.

I have ensured through various means that I only have ATI Radeon 9600 with Pixel Shader 1.1.And it still bloody works on my PC. This is unforgivable carelessness by Konami!
