In WE8LW is threr any way you can change the text language? Or download an option file with english text?

The only way to get english text is to patch your game using one of the patches you can find in the File Downloads section.
Fernando's V3 patch is the best for translation only.
The new reefur patch contains translation plus a hell of a lot more updated which makes the game look and sound much better than normal. Check it out.
