I managed to create a realistic looking badge, but it is quite
complicated to create so bear with me.

Choose create and edit (Blank Flag). When you are at this menu, set the
background colour to white. Now, you will need to utilise all 8
components to create a realistic looking flag. I will tell you what
components to use and then what order they should go in.

Firtsly, click on 1 and select icon. Scroll using R2 until you get to
the sixth page. Choose the circle at the far end of the right hand
side. For colour, use colour 77. Now go to change size (Pressing Square
at the move screen), and make the width 51 and height 48.

Now select the second component. Go to select icon once more and scroll
to the second page. Choose the fourth component from the left. Make the
height 32 and width 27. Try and centre it inside the inner circle a
little more.

Go to the fourth page and choose the first item on the second row. The
Leicester fox? Can it really be! Select it and change the colour to
number 50. Make the width 27 and Height 38. You should now have the fox
inside the crest with blue eyes.
