First off I have to give full credit to Lennon for his amazing Classic Option File, this is completely his option file converted to be used to the US/North America PS2 Version of Winning Eleven Pro Evolution Soccer 2007.
This forum in general, has been of great help to me as I go back to my football gaming roots and wouldnt have been possible had it not been for the annoying games EA and Konami put out this past year.
Enjoying a football game is nice again. This is in MAX format, if anyone else wants to upload it in another fashion, go right ahead- I am still learning the ins and outs of this ...Enjoy !
