Looking for Chant Patch & Need Help on Noise Prob

I have an old Chant Patch from PES5... But when I install it for WE:pES2007 (pc version) I get a humming noise from my speakers. Has anyone else had this problem?
And maybe someone could point me in the right direction for Getting a new Chant Patch for WE:pES2007 or PES6.

So two problems:
1. Humming noise during game, as if a sound is stuck
2. Looking for a new Chant Patch (WE:pES2007 or PES6)
