Manchester United Tactics/Strategy/Formation

Hey everybody,

I play with Man U most of the time, I was wondering if you have any suggestions about tactics/strategies and formations.

I play every week against friends, they play with Barcalona and Inter. Both usually use the 4-3-3 formation. Found out that 3-5-2 can be efective against this, but can also be risky/dangerous in the back.

Sometimes I also use 4-3-3 but mostly 3-5-2 with 2 DMF's

Anybody got suggestions???

I use United. I play a 4-3-3 formation. 4 defenders, a defensive midfielder, 2 wingers, a 'SS' and 2 CF. Works a treat unless they decide to play 4-5-1.

Usually, i will using 3-4-3, but this will give a lot of pressure on defense, especially play with Top Player difficulties. But in other way,. you will have a great attacking ability. In master league i can score about 100-150 goals in single season (included D1 cup and european cup, but also conceded about 40-60 goals per season.

By using this formation you must have a very good DM in your team. The DM will cover the role of center back when the CB out of his position.

I've just re-signed Van der Sar as an 18 yr old
Evra is over 30 on mine now so time to bring in new blood.

Next season, any one 30 or over is being dropped to my 'B' team!
