when that happens with the xbox you delete your option file
i'm guessing you downloaded the 'championship' patch?
The same thing happend to me the first time i used the patch.
This problem is either casused by:
1. A previous patch you have used is interfering with the new one. Soluiton>>> reinstall the game, then use the patch.
2. You did'nt follow the patch instructions properly. Soluiton>>> Install the patch again, word for word and it should work. (There is even a picture tutorial, so it shouldnt be too hard.
The instructions are slightly confusing: When you import the second file (cv_1), it only has to be rebuilt once, not twice like the other two files.
Just keep fiddleing with it unitll it works, it took me two days, on and off to get the patch to work but once it works, it worth it.
