I agree about Maradonna, maybe he was deducted 3 for that wild 'miss-kick' against the Brazilian lad in the 1982 World Cup.

Garrincha is 99 for Dribbling, isn't he?

Did anyone see the profile of him that the BBC showed before the 2002 World Cup?

I've never seen any other player like him: both feet perfect, able to go in any direction at any moment.

I can't believe they haven't repeated it.

Maradona was all left foot but it didn't matter seeing as nobody could get the ball off him.
For anyone with Kazaa or something similar, do a search for Maradona video files - there's some awesome footage out there.
He should be 99s almost across the board - Argentina were the most average team ever to win the World Cup in 86, except for the wee man. He won it on his own.
He almost did it again in 90 but the dodgy Germans dived to glory.
Then he would have done it again in 94 but he was high as a kite and they booted him out.
Far and away the best footballer ever. Can't see anyone ever coming close.

Pele all the way...he is a combination of the perfect players....99 for talent,technique,skills,team work,balance and achievement.

maradona 99 for skill,talent but mentality and achievement i would rate him poor..so much potential but produce only one glory.

I justplayed my firstgame on PES3 with Maradona...and OMG he was awesome...

he hit a first touch out side of the boot from 21 yards to put me level and then a 20 yard free kick to put me in the lead...he is an awesome player...

For me, the playmaker is Zico (which Im suprised no1 has mentioned), not as good as Pele but as close as you can get to him. They didnt call him the white Pele for nothing. And Maradona's definitely up there with them.
