Well, i bought Pes 2011 on xbox 360 two days ago, trusting my own experiences and my brothers advice rather than all of my friends telling me to get fifa11.
I already had pes09 on psp and fifa09 on xbox 360.
Well, i thought ahh the best thing about pes is the transfers and the fact that i can make up my team, so i bought it and now i go onto master league and i cant make a team. Well, i guess that doesnt matter, i will start with a not great team.
I chose Paris Saint Germain at random really. So i think, i will try and get some good cheap players like sotiris ninis and dudka and maybe have a go at mesut ozil. But what on earth is going on with the new negotiations!!??
I have no idea what is going on at all! I press negotiate terms with those three players and then like 4 games later it says ninis might want to come, but the window is closed. I mean wtf! i had to wait 4 games for nothing! It is ridiculous and no one will bid for my players either. What has happened to pes!? I even tried being barcelona to see if it was my crap team choice, but no! It is the same! Please help, i dont know how to buy or sell players anymore and the instruction manual, doesnt help in any way!

Yeah the scout does most of the negotiations nowadays. Just choose the players you want and the scout will come back to you with an offer. Get a better scout if you want to do alot of negotiations. Also it seems harder to sell players in you're first negotiations period, just wait for the winter transfer window.

You can create youre own team however, the option is there if you pick a tean before you start the ML. On xbox you press X when choosing a team to start with the defaults. Just pick a fake team and you can edit the kits etc. in edit mode.

Hope I was of some assistance, just let the game grow on you a bit, it took me a while to get used to and I played every pes since the first installment.

u need to scout the player u want to buy 1st. is important to do that. just scout every player list u want to buy. they will talk about chances to get the player. if it appear "deal is likely" or "deal is more than likely" the chances are there.
