Easy son...You don't NEED the software...Just drag it from Removable Disk G: (or something along those lines) and vice versa.

Ok.

(Assuming you already have it (The Max Drive) in your computer)

1. Make sure the wee switch at the side of the Max Drive is set to "Unlocked" depicted, funnily enough, by an opened padlock.

2. Open "My Computer" and you should see another Disk, most likely named Removable Disk. Open that...If this is the only USB Device/USB Disk you have in your computer at the time, it should be the Max Drive. It'll show the Max Drive's contents.

3. If you want a file onto your computer's hard disc from your Max Drive you could do 1 of 2 things:

- Copy & Paste into desired disc/folder
or...
-Drag it from the Max Drive to the folder you want it in.

4. If it's the other way around, it's just the same thing.

And that's more or less all there is to it...

A word of warning...

1) ALWAYS "Uncrush" things to your Memory Card, dont "Copy"
2) NEVER copy more than 1 thing at a time to the Max Drive

Also, if your having trouble booting the PS2 disc, stick it in bang centre of the disc tray and turn it off, completely. The completely reboot the PS2 and it should read the disc.

Hope this helps...

Oh one last thing, make sure you use the "Unplug or eject hardware" in the bottom corner of you task tray. It looks like an arrow...Double click it. If you take your Max Drive without doing this, you can corrupt the data on the Max Drive...
