Could someone please tell me how I can get classic players in my ML team like Zidane, Maradona and others, I have classic players on but there only a few classic players. Do I need to do something to unlock different classic players from different countries ?

If you turn on the Classic Players options the players from World and European Classics will appear in your ML. The selection is quite bad, but Zidane is there (name is L. CAZE). Maradona isn't though.
