basically i started my master league and like one week before transfer ended i tried to buy obafemi martins it came in at 22 mill but when i look at messi's value it says 7mill or maybe thats his wages what should i do.

Anyway... the value is always waaaaaaaaaaaaay smaller than what you will have to actually pay. Either you save your pennies, or you by a younger cheaper player and train him up to be as good as Martins. Obviously won't be as fast though.

Transfer fees also depend on how good your scout is, but 22mil does seem about right for Martins.
