Although I have played other versions of PES (WE in the states) I am attempting my first go at playing with the default players in Master League on PES 2008. Currently I am finding it quite hard to even tie games at this point as every time I get a striker in the box the computer just takes him down with no penalty. I've tried changing formations and tinkering with other strategies but I can't seem to put up a decent fight. Any helpful suggestions in regards to becoming a better player would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the link Deckz, I finally made it to the negotiation period (pop went back down to D after going winless in 10 straight games)... the guide looks to be a great help and should keep me from pulling all my hair out.
