I wish there was the option to play friendly matches with my MLO team, so that when I buy a new player I can try him out in different positions etc, to see if he will fit in with the team pattern that I play, they could even limit the amount of friendly games you play a week to something like 2 per day or something, it would also give you the chance to play a couple of games against your friends.

Create your MLO team with a help of Edit mode,choose created team as your new ML team and save new ML-data.Your MLO team will be avaliable for online friendlies (+exibition and trainning modes) as ML-team.
I have never tried this for online mode tbh lol,but probably it should work.
